Refund & Return Policy
- All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All products must be in the original packaging and condition.
- All products returned must have a valid RMA number provided to you by our customer service department or via Email please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA number
- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- All returned items must be shipped with a valid tracking number to complete your refund.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective returns.
NOTE: If a product is returned because of an error at our end, we will exchange it free of charge.
Incomplete, Damaged, Broken & Defective Parts
If your order is incomplete, damaged or defective, please get in touch with our customer service and explain the situation immediately, please do not install the parts! A brand new product will be shipped out to you. The defective product must be returned within the first 30 days.
Canceling Your Order
We usually ship out orders within 24 business hours. If you want to cancel your order, it must be done within that time frame. However, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible due to our automated fulfillment system. Once your order is dispatched to our warehouse for packing, or if it has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds & Credits
Once your RMA has been approved, a refund will be given using the same payment method. Refunds and credits will be applied within 3 to 5 business days. A receipt will be sent to you via email once it is completed.
We are not responsible for damages done during the installation of the product. Our guarantee will not be honored in these cases.
